Titan Quanzhou Shipyard's offshore engineering division is located at the northern end of the yard. Water depth around this location is between 18 to 30 meters. The solid geological conditions of the site make it an ideal location for offshore engineering development.

The shipyard may develop its offshore engineering business in phases through cooperation with leading international offshore engineering companies. This location is suitable for the construction of jack-up rigs and semi-submersibles and also for the fabrication of topside modules and process platforms.

To step in the offshore engineering market, with the aim of high standard and quality, a group of worldwide specialists and professionals from China Shipbuilding NDRI Engineering Co. Ltd are invited to be involved during the design processes. In the construction of ship repair facilities, drydock No. 4 is now under progress of reinforcement to build a 80-meter strengthened marine jetty, capable of berthing 20,000 dwt/m². Thus, it can build large-scale offshore marine products and undertake the largest project in China, in turn, to become a market leader in the region.
